We're seeking a dynamic Part Time Senior Project Officer to independently drive a diverse portfolio of projects focused on enhancing child outcomes using evidence-informed approaches.

In this role, you will independently lead the design and execution of a diverse portfolio of evaluation and evidence-informed action projects. These projects aim to enhance child outcomes through an ecological approach while focusing on capacity-building methods to boost skills and knowledge.
The initial central project in this role involves leading a project to improve child and family support using Restacking the Odds (RSTO) data. Collaborate with the RSTO team at CCCH, work with local partners, and use various methodologies like systems thinking, quality improvement, and more. Travel to regional areas in Victoria and initially to Queensland and Bourke, NSW.
Your responsibilities include:

- Shape the structure, processes, and materials of the RSTO QI program.
- Empower key stakeholders with data literacy and quality improvement skills, enabling them to harness the full potential of RSTO data.
- Oversee the seamless implementation and delivery of the QI program to an ever-growing network of service providers and place-based initiatives.
- Equip local workforces with the necessary training and coaching to effectively impart the QI program to service providers and other stakeholders.
- Be the driving force behind capturing regular insights and lessons from program implementation.
- Innovate and identify scalable approaches to extend the reach of the RSTO QI program
- Actively support partnership relationship management.
